Sex After Menopause

For many women, Menopause can lead to:

  • Vaginal dryness and less self-lubrication during sex
  • Vaginal atrophy, or thinning of the skin
  • Discomfort and pain during pelvic exams, penetrative sex or other daily activity
  • Changes in arousal and libido
  • Pelvic Floor weakness or tightness

If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms, you are not alone. There is also a lot you can do to ease these symptoms–especially any resulting pain or discomfort.

The articles below offer information and suggestions for addressing these issues. Visit the Sex After Menopause section of our Sexual Wellness Store for moisturizing lubricants, therapeutic tools, books and more.
